Payment methods

The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout and may include:

• Cash on delivery: pay the courier in cash when you receive your order.
• Bank cards (Visa and Mastercard) through the Thawani payment gateway. Card details are entered on Thawani's secure page and never reach us or get stored by us.

Prices and invoice

Prices are in Omani Rial and include VAT (5%) unless stated otherwise. We issue a tax invoice with every order, available under My account → Orders.

Security

We will never ask for your card number, PIN or verification code by phone or WhatsApp. If you get such a message in our name, do not reply and let us know.
